Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and AMAZEKID LTD, Athineon Court, Flat 202, 51 Griva Digeni, Paphos 8047, Cyprus, for the Intriga app and website. By using Intriga you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
2. The game
Intriga stories are fiction. Characters are generated by AI and can say unexpected, inaccurate or uncomfortable things. Nothing a character says is advice of any kind, and characters are not real people. If a reply crosses a line, report it by long-pressing the message.
3. Your conduct
Talking a character into giving up a secret is the point of the game. What's not allowed: harassing other players, sharing illegal content or other people's personal information, using bots, scripts or automation to play, attacking or overloading the service, reverse engineering the app, or reselling access. We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Intriga Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). The price and period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Individual unlocks and credits are licences to use digital content inside Intriga. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Content and ownership
The app, the stories, characters, images and design belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Intriga for your own entertainment. Anything you write in a story may be used to run and improve the game as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. App stores
If you downloaded Intriga from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. The same applies to Google for Google Play.
7. Availability and changes
We improve Intriga continuously and may change, add or remove stories and features. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
8. Liability
Intriga is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.
9. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
